Who we are
Comfort Care Rides was established in 2016 by owners Paul and Alice Montgomery. The idea was based on a Christian ideology that ordinary people requiring transportation services deserved to ride in comfort, receive excellent customer service, and be treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity.
At Comfort Care Rides, we’re more than just your typical taxi or ride service; we're your trusty companion on every journey. With a focus on safety, comfort, and reliability, our friendly drivers are here to get you where you need to go, when you need to get there. What we do
Comfort Care Rides performs non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for eligible Oregon Medicaid members. Call 877-875-4657 to schedule a ride today.
In addition to NEMT for Oregon Medicaid members, Comfort Care Rides performs NEMT for Idaho Workman’s Compensation patients. We offer a shuttle service to the Boise airport, as well as a taxi service throughout the Treasure Valley.
There is no limit to where you can go with Comfort Care Rides. We offer transportation services to destinations including Portland, Salt Lake, Seattle, and beyond. Contact us for a quote or to schedule a ride.
Our Fleet
Our fleet consists of a total of 18 vehicles. We offer two wheelchair vans, 14 Toyota AWD SUVs, two Hyundai Tuscons, and one Mercedes Benz SUV. All of our vehicles are meticulously cleaned, regularly serviced, and comfortable with plenty of leg room and cargo space to service our community.
